A landing page takes 2 to 3 days and a multi-page website takes 4 to 5 days, counted from the day we receive your content and brand assets. The clock starts on day zero, when we have what we need, so the timeline is something we can actually keep.

Because the process is narrow, not because corners are cut. The scope is fixed before we start, the content is ready on day zero, the stack is one we have built on many times, and there is one structured revision round rather than open-ended changes. Each of those removes a place where projects normally stall.

One structured round. You review the whole site once, near the end of the build, and send all your changes in one list. Small fixes in the first week after launch are covered. A second full round is quoted separately, because open-ended revisions are what turn a five-day build into a five-week one.

A landing page is one page with one goal, live in 2 to 3 days. A multi-page website is 5 to 8 pages, usually home, services, about and contact plus a few more, live in 4 to 5 days. If you sell one thing to one audience, start with a landing page. If you need to explain several services, you need the multi-page site.

Designed pages, mobile-responsive layout, contact forms, Google Analytics and Search Console connected, search and AI-search setup, hosting deployed on your domain, and a full handover. There is no separate list of extras you find out about later.

AI-search optimisation, also called Generative Engine Optimization or GEO, is setting up a website so that AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews can find, understand and cite it. It covers clear entity information, structured data, question-shaped content and an llms.txt file. It is included in every multi-page build.

It helps, but it is not required. If you have one, we need access to its DNS settings on day zero. If you do not, we help you register one at kickoff, in your name, so you own it.

On Vercel, on a global CDN with HTTPS and automatic deployments. Hosting is set up as part of the build. Ongoing hosting is either in your own Vercel account, so you pay Vercel directly, or covered by a care plan. We tell you which before launch.

Because a Next.js site is faster, needs no plugin updates, and has nothing to be hacked through. WordPress is the right tool for a site that changes daily and needs a large editorial team. For a business site with a stable page list, it adds maintenance without adding value.

Yes. Every site is built so that text, images and pages can be updated after handover, and the handover includes a short walkthrough. If you would rather we handle updates, a care plan covers that.

Yes, fully. The domain is in your name, the source code lives in a repository you own, the hosting account and analytics property are yours. If you ever want to move to another developer, everything goes with you.

You own it and you can edit it. If you want ongoing help, care plans cover hosting and uptime, content updates, ongoing SEO and GEO, analytics reporting, performance monitoring and security updates. Care plans are optional and priced on request.
